About the Role

I’m seeking a highly organised, creative, and digitally confident assistant to support both my art practice (Sara Winfield) and my children’s print brand (Fred & Freckle). This role is ideal for someone who loves organisation, systems, and supporting the operational side of a growing business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-Commerce Management (Shopify)

• Upload and update products for both brands
  
• Maintain collections, pricing, and imagery
  
• Assist with organising assets for print drops and new releases
  

Client & Customer Support

• Manage inboxes (customer enquiries, order questions, framing queries, wholesale enquiries)
  
• Maintain warm, timely communication that reflects both brand voices
  

Freight & Logistics

• Book domestic and interstate freight
  
• Liaise with printers, framers, couriers, and warehouse partners
  
• Track deliveries and resolve issues
  

Creative & Brand Assistance

• Organise content libraries for social media
  
• Assist on photoshoots, styling days, and video production
  
• Prepare documents, checklists, and timelines for print releases, collaborations, and events
  

ABOUT YOU

• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce highly regarded
• Business degree highly regarded
  
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, or digital marketing tools
  
• Strong organisational and communication skills
  
• Calm, proactive, detail-driven
  
• Comfortable working across two creative brands.
• Comfortable working in an art studio that is often messy and not temperature controlled.
  
• Interested in growing with the role as the brands expand
  
• Appreciates aesthetics, colour, design, and storytelling
  

ROLE DETAILS

• Start: 10 hours per week (with room to expand over 2026)
  
• Hybrid: mix of in-studio and remote
  
• Potential: travel opportunities + photoshoot assisting
  
• Pay: based on experience
